1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website fharena.com and to the FH Arena game (together, “FH Arena”). By using FH Arena you accept these terms, the arena rules and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use FH Arena.
2. The service
- FH Arena is a free, non-commercial project run by its team of enthusiasts. There are no paid features.
- The game is in active development. Features, aircraft, maps, statistics and these terms may change; the service may be interrupted for maintenance or stop without notice. Statistics may be reset during testing.
- FH Arena is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Age
FH Arena is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use FH Arena and to create an account.
4. Your account
- You can play training without an account. The online arena requires an account: a callsign and password, or sign-in with Google or Yandex ID.
- Your callsign is your login and cannot be changed. It must follow the arena rules; an unacceptable callsign may be blocked.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
- You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time: fharena@googlegroups.com.
5. Fair play and conduct
You agree not to cheat, not to use modified game files or automation, not to exploit bugs, not to disrupt or attack the servers, not to collect data from the service by automated means, and to treat other players with respect. The details are in the arena rules.
6. Sanctions
Violations may lead to a warning, loss of chat, removal from the arena, a temporary or permanent ban, or deletion of the account. Some sanctions are applied automatically (for example, for friendly fire). You can appeal by writing to fharena@googlegroups.com.
7. What you write
You are responsible for messages you send in the game. We may remove messages and limit chat for anyone who breaks the rules.
8. Rights
- The game, its code and materials belong to their authors. Materials used under open licences are listed on the credits page.
- You may take screenshots and record videos of your own games and share them for non-commercial purposes.
- Aircraft names and designations are used only to identify historical aircraft. All trademarks belong to their owners, and FH Arena is not affiliated with them.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the FH Arena team is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of FH Arena or from its unavailability, including loss of statistics or settings.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date; continuing to use FH Arena after that means you accept it.
